Forget-me-not Platter

$190.00

Handmade platter that I originally designed for a Swiss roll although you could serve cheese and crackers, asparagus or anything you like.

Tiny delicate Forget-me-not flowers are some of my favourites in Spring. Hand painted with underglazes and highlighted with a scraffito technique. This piece is glazed with a zinc glaze which when slow cooled grows tiny crystals in the surface giving a unique etched look to the piece.

Each platter is handmade, decorated and glazed. Differences in the finish and glaze surface are celebrated and often never repeated.

This piece can be put in the dishwasher but I do recommend handwashing.
